El2delaestafeta.com reserves the right to refuse service, and/or cancel bookings in its discretion, including, without limitation, if El2delaestafeta.com believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of El2delaestafeta.com and its subsidiaries.
Consumer Agreement
This document constitutes the terms of business between you and El2delaestafeta.com. By completing a transaction with us, you agree to these terms.
Full payment is required to hold your reservation. Until payment has been received your reservation will may be lost. We accept payments via Paypal. Upon receipt of your payment we will send you a confirmation and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
When booking, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless El2delaestafeta.com, and any member of the staff or involved, against any action or liability arising from any loss or injury sustained inside or outside of the flat and balconies. El2delaestafeta.com is not liable for any damages, including any consequential damages, of any kind that may result to the user from the use of the information on our web site or of any of our products or services.
Balconies
When you come to El2delaestafeta, You have to bring with you the approval mail and invoice, so we can check you off the list. Arrive 10 – 15 mins before 7.00 a.m. If you arrive later, you risk not making it up to the flat – your balcony/window are non-refundable, so it is your responsibility to show up on time.
Cameras are allow, but tripods take up too much space on the balcony, therefore are not allow unless you book more spaces, for instance, you book for two or even 3 people and it´s just you and the tripod. Monopods are usually fine. By 8.30 a.m. everybody should have left the flat.
We have strict house rules – violators are subject to immediate removal from the premises. We do not allow throwing of objects or pouring of liquid from the balcony onto the street, nor do we allow excessive drunkenness, aggressive behavior or fighting.
Remember, Is not allowed to bring food, drinks, bottles and glasses. And please, try to be clean that means, dont come with your clothing covered in mustard, wine…
Failure to comply with the above may result in dismissal from our premises. In that case there will be no refund.
Cancellations
In case you booked and paid your reservation, but for any reason is rejected by El2delaestafeta.com, for instance, because it was already booked by someone else, we will make a total refund as soon as possible. However, once you make a reservation and is paid and approved, if you decide to cancel it after April there is not refund.
